Something powerful happens when women gather in sacred space and we are seen, reflected, and supported. We get to show the truth of who we are in all our messiness and realize we are not alone in our struggles. We are reminded how a present, loving witness brings about healing, even without anyone offering a solution.
All the answers are already within. We simply need a safe space, the right questions, and reflections, and we will find them.
